Terms and Conditions

How to book at Ajabu Adventures Ltd.
You can book your safari by filling in the booking form. We kindly request you to make sure that data such as name, address, contact number, email address, date of birth, number of travelers, date of arrival/departure are as complete as possible

Terms of payment:

You will receive a booking confirmation. After receipt of this confirmation we ask you to start paying. You can make a payment in following ways.

1. By paying the total amount into our bank account at least 7 weeks before starting your safari. You will receive a confirmation of payment.
   
   
2. By paying 30% of the total amount into our bank account within 7 days after receipt of your booking confirmation/invoice. This amount is considered to be your confirmation of the safari. You will receive a confirmation of payment. The balance of the amount, 70% of the total amount you can pay into our bank account not later than 28 days before starting your safari.
   

Cancellation terms:

Traveler has the right to cancel the booked holiday. The cancellation charges per traveler are as follows

1. Cancellation up to the 56th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: the deposit
   
   
2. Cancellation from the 56th day (inclusive) up to the 28th day (exclusive): 50% of the travel sum.
   
   
3. Cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to the 14th day (exclusive): 75 % of the travel sum.
   
   
4. Cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) up to the day of departure: the full (100%) travel sum.

Cancellation can only be done in writing.  If we did not receive any written cancellation within above mentioned time frames we will debit you the total amount.

Last minute bookings:
For last minute bookings we have different terms & conditions.

 

Loss/damage/theft/personal injury

Ajabu Adventures Ltd will exercise utmost care in dealing with  its quests and their property, but will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, personal injury or  death. We can not be held responsible for any of such events. We advise all our clients to arrange a good travel insurance to make sure you are protected against such events.

Quotation safari and beach holiday:

Our quotations are inclusive of hotel/lodge accommodation charges, meals, park fees, driver/guides and their expenses. Quotations do not include personal expenses in hotel/lodge and toilet articles

Quotation mountain climbing:

Our quotations are inclusive of hotel/lodge accommodation charges, meals, park fees, driver/guides and their expenses. Quotations do not include personal expenses in hotel/lodge and toilet articles

 

Changes:

The right is reserved to make changes in the accommodation you choose. In case a accommodation is fully booked due to late booking we will of course offer you a fitting alternative. Especially in high season (July-August-December) we suggest you to book far in advance in order to be able to guarantee you the accommodation you wish for.

After booking you automatically agree with our terms and conditions.
