Art is a matter of personal taste. I hope with the artists on my site to inspire you in making your choice and taking your first step in exploring art. Being a daughter of Emile Meijer, art historian, author, and the first director of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, I was born into a world of art which became part of my life and education.
My approach to art is that it should be available for everybody to appreciate and enjoy, and that the step to the enjoyment of art must be simple and easy.
